Looks like NPR really stepped in it this time.

Fortunately someone was paying attention, the sheep they thought they were herding finally noticed what they are up to. Read the comments.

Glenn Greenwald called bullshit on them, just as NPR Check has been doing for a while.

Let's return the Public to Nationalistic Propaganda Radio, stop contributing to your local NPR affiliate until they dump NPR news or NPR news returns to telling the truth.

The job of the media, especially publicly supported media should be to speak truth to power, we can't even count on most of them, NPR included, to speak truth, let alone to the powerful.

Do as I say,

not as I do.

Once again, we are the party of superior moral values!

If this won't make you a fan of rap music, nothin' will.

I couldn't make it all the way through this but it was good for a few laughs.

There is hope for us Republiecans with the younger generation.

Why blame the real crooks?

As Matt Taibbi dissects Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein's apology for the financial disaster they wrought on the world's economy, one has to ponder, why blame these poor guys who were only trying to make a buck when we can so easily lay it on Bill
Clinton, Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac and the Community Redevelopment Act that us Republiecans already hate. It certainly can't be the fault of the purveyors of greed whom we can only wish to emulate. Let's not get too upset though, the Wall Street cabal is still in charge of the US Dept. of Treasury.

Now we just need a study telling us retirement is really, really bad for us anyway.

NPR lovers, you give your money for this?

Mytwords over at NPR Check points out how fair and balanced NPR has been in covering the healthcare reform issues.

I can't believe people voluntarily give money for this kind of coverage.

The management over at NPR is probably gritting its teeth over Fox News beating it to using the faux label Fair and Balanced.

Connecticut's gift that just keeps on giving.

It might be that the people of Connecticut already have universal health coverage, so maybe they're not upset about Joe Lieberman shilling for the Medical-Insurance-Industrial complex.

Joe Lieberman, Republiecan in actions only.

Thank you fine citizens of Connecticut.

Aren't you proud of what you've done for your country, giving us six more years of Joe Lieberman so he can team up with Lindsey Graham to keep our troops safe?

Yes, but what has he done for you lately?
