What's up with the pink circles around Trump's eyes?

I've heard of dark circles under the eyes, black eyes and pink eye, but how does Trump get those light pink ones around his eyes?  Could it be the area covered by the goggles he wears while getting his orange spray tan?

Good thing he has Moscow Mitch McConnell to help him.
